Keystone RV Recalls Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and Voltage Trailers Over Ramp Door Safety Risk
Keystone RV Company is recalling nearly 10,000 travel trailers because the ramp door can break away from the frame during use, increasing the risk of injury.
What Happened
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) has initiated a recall for specific travel trailer models due to a structural defect. The ramp door on these vehicles may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles, creating a safety hazard.
Which Products Are Affected
The recall involves approximately 9,729 units across the following makes and models:
- Keystone Voltage: Model years 2024, 2025, and 2026
- Keystone Fuzion: Model years 2025 and 2026
- Keystone Raptor: Model years 2025 and 2026
- Keystone Redwood: Model years 2025 and 2026
What You Should Do
Owners of the affected trailers should contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone’s reference number for this recall is 26-478. Dealers will install additional support brackets to the ramp door frame at no cost to the owner.
Official notification letters are scheduled to be mailed on March 13, 2026. Starting on that date, owners can also search for their specific Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) on the NHTSA website to confirm if their vehicle is included in the recall.
Why This Matters
